Crispy Kale Crisps

🌿 Crispy Kale is a great healthy snack🌿

This superhero is packed with a variety of nutrients.

Rich in antioxidants reducing that all important toxic load, protects you from cell damage and disease. Abundant in chlorophyll, helping the body to reduce heterocyclic amines which can also lead to disease. It contains a good source of beta-carotene, the body extracts the carotenoid (the rich pigment colour doubles up as a anti-inflammatory antioxidant) and then cleverly converts it into vitamin A. Vitamin A is vital for healthy vision, the immune system, reproductive health, growth and development. Our friend also contains B6, C, K, folate, calcium, fibre, iron and manganese. How’s that for super powers!?
